How to watch Cal v. Oregon State college football 2025
The California Golden Bears and Oregon State Beavers kick off their respective 2025 college football seasons with a non-conference game in Corvallis, Ore., on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2025.
Cal visits Reser Stadium for the first time in three years. The two teams’ last meeting in Corvallis, Ore., came as Pac-12 Conference opponents, with the Bears losing 10-38.
This season, the Golden Bears will debut 55 new football players: 27 on offense, 22 on defense and six on special teams. Notably, Cal will see Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele get his first start as quarterback, only the second true freshman to start as the Bears’ signal-caller since Jared Goff in 2013.
Cal looks to extend its streak of three straight season-opening wins. Meanwhile, Oregon State also has three consecutive victories in season-opening games, but has won its last four openers at home.
