Missed the game for a delightful pre-Big Game dinner at Wood Tavern on College, but looks like a solid effort from the box score, another abysmal night of FTs notwithstanding.

Say what we will about our offense, but that's 2 games over 90 this year.

No need for Pippen to return even if It's just a quad cramp.

Aside from Dort getting reckless and into foul trouble, Cal's played dominant basketball on both ends of the court. Getting lots of nice looks and lanes to the basket.

I just tuned in at the start of the second. How did Sac State get the technical?

The one on O'Neal? Taunting after hitting a 3.

I was a little nervous about this game. Johnson and Lavrenov from Sac State had double-doubles against UCLA earlier this week, but they've been cold tonight

A lot of their struggles are due to our defense. They couldn't buy a clean look at the basket.

Cal defending really well. Sac State is having to hit contested shots and not getting offensive rebounds.

Playing well right now and making it rain from 3. Pippen with some nice defense and he does love to pass.

Hopefully Bears will not "play down" to level of the opponent tonight as they did in the last game. Madsen really needs consistency from the starters in creating and maintaining comfortable leads against lesser competition. The starter won't average 75.0 ppg in the ACC so now is a good time to get big leads and allow bench players some development time.
