This is a really opportune season for us. Oregon lost a bunch of players on defense and is starting a new QB; UW is under a new head coach; we beat Furd last year and can do it again; Oregon State is improving, but still nowhere near a powerhouse; WSU just lost Leach and is also under a new administration. Best of all, we don't have any cupcakes so if we come out of this without a dent, there's very little reason to doubt us. And the actual best part? This may sound defeatist...but we won't be losing to USC.
