Browning has done a phenomenal job recruiting and developing the DL. I recently read an interview on Browning and he loves being at Cal!! The players love playing for him.
I would hope that BJ actually does sit out the entire year for his own health and 100% recovery. When he returns, next year, our DL will be loaded and the lads will have 1 year of experience, which with the addition of BJ will make Cal's DL one of the best in the conference.
This group is going from a long term weakness into a true strength. Win the trenches and win the game. I'm still depressed from the game years ago when Oregon beat us at home by running the ball like 90 yards on the last drive to prevent us getting it and scoring a field goal to beat them. They dominated the line and run it down our throats. No more of that please.
