Kaleb Elarms-Orr had a single tackle vs. ‘Furd for TCU. Mateen Bhagani had three late FG’s to lead the Bruins past Hawaii in Honolulu, Ben Finley looked alright in Akron’s shellacking by Ohio State though he got banged up a bit and shared snaps with the backup, and Sam Jackson V made a spectacular TD catch for Auburn in garbage time vs. Alabama A&M.
What is with College Gameday?! I hadn’t watched in a few years and thought I’d check out the picks, and it was unbearable! Seven guys huddled around a tiny desk with a few seconds of worthless prattle each. Even worse, the signs in the back were mostly religious, political, or sexist (some cringy combinations, too). Is it that way every week? 0\19 WNB
I totally agree CG has become nearly unwatchable. It doesn’t help that they have employed several guys with poor entertainment skills. Stanfurd Steve is actually pretty good and should be a regular at the desk. All three of Desmond Howard (silly, not enjoyable to listen to and really just there for his laugh), Pat MacAfee (no comment needed) and Nick Saban (boring) I could do without. The show needs a new creative director.
Signs in crowds are analog comments sections; getting more crude and ugly day by day. It helps to remember that TV has always been a largely downscale medium.
PSU @ WVU should be a good one. Penn State is the other team I root for (growing up in the northeast, they were the defacto team that was good and relatively close to the region)
To answer the challenge, for the superlative-averse, #22 takes it to the Mean Green (darn near each of them) on their field at 14:40 of the highlight reel, Top 100 Play No. 58 if you are scoring at home.

Thanks for taking the time and making the effort for this update about players in whom I had forgotten I had some interest.
Idaho just scored it's a 7 point game with #3 Oregon.
I hope we don't have to rely on missed FG's all game...
Any bets on Cam Ward's turnover to explosive play ratio?
I'll go first, for every five plays of 15+ yards, he will be the direct cause of 1 turnover (5:1).
Oops, I'll start counting TOs using:
First Quarter:
4:1
Second Quarter:
4:0
Sorry, lost track. Cal game, you know. I see Miami won. GThey are going to be tough. It's not easy to beat the Gators at home.

BTW, I'm not seeing this thread on the opening page.

Nice seeing Furd lose a tough one last night
