I think there IS a scenario where we get to play UNC, in a bowl game. This is possible due to non-CFP bowl games maintaining original conference affiliation for this season (so non-CFP Cal will get treated like a PAC 12 team). UNC will have to get out of it’s dumpster fire to be good enough to match up with Cal, but still possible.
I've already seen an alarming amount of clock mis-management this season. I thought the 2 minute time out would help with that, but it seem like there is no rule that some coaches can't use to self-inflict wounds with.
