> Christopher H - Looking forward to ACC conference play really getting started so that I only have to pay attention to a mere 8 games a week soon.
100% this. I meant to fill out this week's Around the Conference, saw that 11 games had been played (of which I paid attention to one), and promptly closed the tab.
BC's close loss and subsequent drop out of the Top 25 rankings illustrates how dumb those rankings are. If you go toe to toe with a legit Top 10 team, you shouldnt drop in the rankings because of your record. If anything you should move up.
I guess its nice for the other teams like UNLV to move up and get a taste of being in the top 25, however fleeting, but it really detracts from the credibility of what those rankings mean and how they are selected.
Thanks guys...still trying to get my ACC bearings, so these really help!

If we beat FSU somehow can we have twist draft up a lawsuit against them for degrading the brand value of the ACC?
Chris always putting in the work to comment on every game. Respect!

All you have to do is look where ND is ranked to be reminded that much of the polling is based on brand recognition vs. quality play.
but now we got a real college football playoff
