Mark Fox has his first commit of the 2022 class. ND Okafor hails from Ireland and joins compatriot Sam Alajiki in Berkeley. Okafor had offers from Baylor, Arizona, Creighton, Georgia and Western Kentucky. He took his lone visit to Baylor in 2020.

ND Okafor, a 6'9, 230 pound class of 2022 big man from the NBA Academy Latin America, has committed to Cal, he told ESPN. Okafor averaged 16 points, 14 rebounds, 5 blocks for Ireland at the U16 European Championship.
