Well this was prophetic! Well done Ruey. Jaylen swung Game 1 when it mattered the most.

Also worth noting that Jaylen Brown was re-elected Vice President of the Players' Association earlier this year. He's really been everything we could want as a Cal alumnus.

Jaylen Brown is such a Bear. He embraces the academics and social activism of Berkeley, and I don't doubt will return again and again for studies and connection to the area. Wishing him all the best.

As a Laker fan I don't want the Celtics to get another championship but I am a big fan of Jaylen. I do hope he breaks through into superstardom. He's so intelligent that it seems like he's capable of seeing the game (and assessing his game) on another level.

He drove all the time as a Bear, it was infuriating because he didn't have any finesse and was seemingly getting like 4 charging calls per game. Had he developed more of a shooting game at Cal, he would have been near unstoppable.
