Great job Justin coveting Cal baseball so well and smartly. Perhaps we’ll get more to enjoy the sun at Eva nd Dismond/Stu Hordon stadium. It’s great baseball played by extremely talented true student athletes (who don’t play for NIL money).
An encouraging few games for the Bears, though we will see if the strong pitching holds up against ACC foes. The freshmen are looking good but the success of Cal’s big three of Eddy, Foley and De La Torre (Cal’s Sun., Sat. and Fri. starters, respectively) will reveal whether Cal can be a factor in the conference race. I think the offense will be scrappy enough to give them a chance.
The starter u pointed out are big, strong and experienced in ACC play. The freshman etc are super talented. This could be the 1st year that Coach Neu’s pitching leadership rally kicks ass
Another great pitching performance vs. Sac State tonight! Four unearned given up in the fourth, then zilch the rest of the way, paving the way for the Bears to win once again in walk-off fashion!
