Also if Sam Jax is on the field he's another runner to lighten the amount of carries for Ott.
He spoke to how he knows he'll get injured if he runs too much. Jackson simply has to be wise about his runs.

Cardwell was from spring, when I was at spring practice he had just gotten on a scooter so my educated guess is that it stemmed from that
