Avinash: Great right up and it reminds me of Cal Football when I was there in the 80s. The Joe Kapp offenses were so stagnant that I remember half of Memorial got up and left at half-time when we were losing to Sac. State! Although they did rally to win in the second half, the rest of that season was absolutely awful (1984). One other dreadful analogy to that era was that Cal had the #1 recruit in the nation at running back (Marc Hicks) who also got fed up with Cal Football and transferred to Ohio State. I hope that Jayden Ott and our other really good offensive players want to be at Cal for the education but in today's college football world, they have options (as they should) and they don't have to stick around and wait for Wilcox to get it right with his next OC or O line coach.
