My take on Jackson Brown: the CAL offer is a placeholder while he waits to see if he gets a 'better' offer. Maybe he wants a NIL deal to go with his scholly. In any event, he's a local kid who has had ample opportunity to learn about CAL and why it is such a great school. If he has not made up his mind yet then he should go somewhere else. I want people who LOVE CAL to be on our team. When you have passion for your school then everything you do reflects that. Without it you're just going through the motions because you didn't get a better deal. I say yank his offer.

I am confused by the Jackson Brown Cal graphic saying "shatter records vs. California" since we are California.
It would be unfortunate and a big miss on Angus' part if we don't land JB right from our own back yard.
