Hmmm, I saw this at no more than Cal giving 7 points. But it is at CMS so guess it makes sense.
I think a 9.5 point favorite is about right. Other than last week, Colorado hasn’t shown much signs of life on offense. Cal is at home so that is worth about 3 points and our offense is much better than Colorado’s.
