JKS had one reliable receiver in 2025 - JDJ, a porous line, and 1 RB who could get 2-5 yards per carry. With upgraded hands, better bodies upfront, and a revived running attack, JKS has a much higher ceiling in 2026. Cal needs to do some curb stomping early in 2026 to build confidence... GO BEARS
Expect the Cal UCLA game to exceed all the hype. Nico Iamaleava is also a very special QB talent. And the Bruins have a new head coach and OC. This game will be good.
This game will be an exciting start to the new season; there will be some great football played Saturday night under the lights against an old adversary. Lots of talent and good coaching on both sides of the ball. Doesn't get much better. Go Bears, beat UCLA.
JKS definitely has generational talent; he will be able to rely on a much stronger running game to help keep defenses honest as well as WR’s who can actually catch the ball, and if the refrigerators Tosh has playing in front of him on the OL hold up, the Cal offense has the potential for being something we have not seen in CMS in à very long time. Light the incense and run up the prayer flags, we may be in for quite the ride!

Brosseau or Dom? Which is more a running threat? I know I've heard Rolo or another coach mention "mixing it up".
