I watched the videos, and they all seem like good coaches. Most importantly, it appears they get along and work together well. Coach Brown has the most personality. RB Coach Griffin made an important point that the players he has want to be at Cal and will do what it takes. They will run hard between the tackles, protect the QB etc.. sounds so basic, but nevertheless an important foundation. Roll on...
The schedule is so favorable. I was watching last year’s Big Game and the O line was so bad. If we get merely competent play, Cal can win a lot of games
The RBs got a grand total of 38 yards in the Big Game, average of about 2.5 yards/rush. The two RB first downs in the second half that I saw were the result of kick out blocks by TEs rather than the from the O line. Almost all the running yards were from Mendoza scrambling. He got sacked 6 times by a ‘furd D who only had 12 sacks in the previous 10 games. It can only be up from there.

No mention of Wiley? He looked like he had a ton of potential last year, would suck if we lost him because he didn't break into the top 2-3 this year.
