To the extent the radio silence gives us a strategic advantage, I’m all in…. If on the other hand it just fails to feed our need, all I can say is “Dammit Bobby” in Hank Hill voice.
It's so sad not being able to hear about the spectacular athletic one handed catches made by a previously unheralded receiver, only to never hear their name ever again.
Yep definitely missing out on an August tradition.
I remember many years ago, there was a video of a receiver changing direction very athletically, and making an amazing shoestring catch. I had the poor taste to point out that it meant also that Zack Maynard had underthrown the ball by ten yards, and rightfully scolded for it, but it was a pretty good harbinger of our season.
Kyion Grayes I had thought was poised to have a breakout year this fall. However, I hadn’t seen him in uniform or heard anything mentioned regarding Grayes from any of the coaches or qb’s, when they were interviewed about the receivers room in the past couple of weeks. I got curious. So, as one does, I did a Google search “Kyion Grayes injury” and saw among the results the following post on X from Grayes: “A couple days ago I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a form of bone cancer. I will fight this! I have never been a statistic and I never will!” My initial reaction was my heart dropped. However, as I do not use X and don’t “follow” anyone, I am not sure when this was posted, whether it actually pertains to him, and whether there was anything else posted by Grayes or others on this matter. Obviously, I don’t want to spread misinformation, especially about something of this gravity. So, can anyone corroborate?
Has the staff hinted as to why this year we are so tight lipped about everything. We had a QB battle last year and I don’t remember them treating practice like Fort Knox
100% approve of secrecy. Why give anyone free scouting? This is especially true since it’s a new OC, so the offense will be substantially different. Defense probably has a few new wrinkles as well, with the long term DC having departed.
I’m looking forward to pounding the Beavers with our new power run game! The football world will be shocked and amazed!!!

That boy ain't right pretty much describes us
Thanks for the bits, hard to reveal much when you cant see it. I don't think that fog will reveal much until April 30th.

I actually am laterally laughing out loud at that one. Must be the heat.

Does anyone have an idea of when Cal will release their depth chart for the Oregon St. game?
if they do, it will be during gameweek

That was a repost by Kyion from King_Henry2.0.
Got it. Thanks!
