Cal Football gets commitment from 2023 Defensive Lineman

Amidst all of the coaching carousel and transfer portal news happening in College Football, the Bears secured the commitment of 2023 Defensive Lineman Frederick Williams III. The 6-foot-5 and 250lbs lineman played for Junipero Serra in Gardena, California. Williams is ranked as the 113th best Edge Rusher in the country and 138th best overall prospect in the state of California, according to 247. With Williams, commitment the Bears now have 8 commits in the 2023 recruiting class.
