I just saw that Chase Hendricks from Ohio U committed. Another 4 star. Holy shit. It's like we've all been on a drug named Wilcox and we are finally waking up from a nightmare to a wonderful reality...
It wasn't possible with Wilcox, so we wouldn't know haha. That said, a bunch of us were begging for Wilcox to get fired for years now specifically because recruiting was a noose tightening around our neck.
Rabess is enormous; exactly the kind of big, athletic tackle Cal needs to protect JKS. Hopefully, Tosh will be able to bring in several refrigerator size guys on both sides of the ball. We need a big OL and DL to win the war in the trenches which is where games will be won — protecting JKS on one side and putting other team’s QB’s and RB’s on their backs on the other side!
We had a bunch of huge linemen last season. Watched them walk up the March to Victory each home pregame. However they were not that good at pass protection and run blocking. Size has to go along with athletic ability. I hope these new guys have it.

Can't believe we didn't fire Wilcox sooner. If we knew this was possible, why stick with Wilcox?
But I understand it had to be this year. Couldn't let Jim Knowlton oversee the football program and expect this.

Let the dream continue!
It's looking like a lot of potential. Where are the A-listers?
Looks like Mykeal has very high upside in his physical attributes but had very limited reps to date? I hope our OL coaches can develop him quickly.

Welcome to Cal, Mykeal!!

Offense is looking good. Any word on the defense, or those being held onto until the CFP is over?
I'm hoping Tosh is going to bring the entire Oregon defense to Berkeley.
Just like North Texas to OSU. This is brutal.

broken. guess we just have to go with it for now.
My gut is telling me this/some version of this is what is happening-my brain I’m ignoring rn
Braden Miller to Duke. So we're getting a better picture of the personnel.
I like this. Welcome to Cal football Mykeal. Now I need to do my homework on Mr. Rabess.
Can a tackle to be too tall to throw over?
Leon Bell is listed as 6'8", 330 so similar sized.
He's big and also played DE and DT in high school. If he has natural size and speed, then it's all about teaching technique.
