Maybe there's more to this than meets MY eye, but.....why? These guys got lots of playing time....do they think the youngsters are going to unseat them? Do they think the coaching staff is leaving to Eugene? Seems like they were both in a really good situation.
Right, I'm aware. These are three guys with significant playing time who are choosing to go elsewhere to play football when they could pick a major here and continue to play in a system they know. Unless there is a specific major they want to pursue that Cal doesn't offer, I'd say there's something "going on" with these senior level players. I wonder if there's a lack of faith in the coaching staff, or something else. Pressure from underclassmen? Dunno.....
