Cal lands top 2026 Interior Offensive Lineman Tommy Tofi
He’ll be joining his brother in Berkeley next year
The Golden Bears continued their stellar weekend on visits with the commitment of 2026 Interior Offensive Lineman Tommy Tofi.
Tofi is a local prospect and plays for Archbishop Riordan in San Francisco. The 4-star prospect is ranked as a top 20 prospect in the state and a top 10 prospect for his position. Overall, he is rated as a top150 prospect. He held offers from BYU, Tennessee, Oregon, Utah, USC, UCLA, Texas A&M, Washington, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Miami, and Ohio State among others.
The 6-6 and 330lbs lineman’s commitment vaulted Cal into the top 25 of recruiting classes for 2026. He will be joining his brother John Tofi who was part of the 2025 class as a linebacker.
Welcome to Berkeley, Tommy!
Tommy was #1 on my wish list for Cal recruits. He is a beast - a man amongst boys. If you want to watch him beat up high school kids, watch this:

He's a mountain of a dude - 6'6" maybe 6'7" depending on the source and about 330 pounds - with mostly good body composition, but can and should be honed into a machine. And very few people move that well for someone that large. Nice quick steps, good foot technique, active hands, good motor, and a few little nasty eff-yous at the end of plays to show he's got a fighter's attitude.
I am so fired up to see Tommy and his brother at Cal.
Coach Anae has been cookin'. If he coaches as well as he recruits, the offensive line is in good hands.
Great news! We need to extend Wyking Jones and everyone else!
