Tell me if I'm wrong but I see this as Cal making a not-so-subtle push for admission in to the Big-10. Notre Dame in September and then K-State and Butler after that? No way this is a coincidence.
ND in September... you mean the football game that was already scheduled 2 YEARS in advance as all football games are these days (or longer typically)..??? Yeah, if Knowlton was smart enough to start then pushing to get CAL into the B1G now, then why aren't we already in the SEC?
I meant that by adding the K-State and Butler basketball games to the already scheduled Notre Dame football game, Cal is obviously trying to attract a midwestern audience.
When I first read the title, I thought we were getting two marquee recruits!

Check out our 1960s style basketball program!
Fair enough... Too bad Knowlton isn't that smart, though...
I think it's more like we are going Independent, Big East, or Big 12?
Honestly, I'll make the trip to Hinkle next year if we have a new coach by then.
I was on fire in Hinkle, once upon a time, including a deep one…at the gun.
Just saying….buzzer beater.
Picket fence.
Now if we could also add a new coaching staff…
Well, more exposure for Cal...hopefully in a good way.
