A good win. Players stepping up. Depth. I like this! I'll be at the Sac State game with my wife, who dreads basketball but is being a good sport. Her derisive description of basketball is: Dribble, Dribble, Shoot. Dribble, Dribble, Shoot. She's not wrong. But what poetry and athleticism and flights of perfection is the game of basketball played by great players. Go Bears!

Air Force is not a strong team. But Cal handled business nicely despite being without 3 top players. Feels good to win games we're favored to win.

Nice to see at least one Cal team capable of doing that.

Especially down 3 starters.

This is another game Cal loses any one of the last 7 years.

Wilkinson should get Tucker’s minutes going forward.

He's a bit unpolished but his athleticism is "wow."

He just gives them so much more than Tucker.

Yeah, Tucker has failed to impress at doing much of anything so far.

Same. They're quick and scrappy. Doesn't seem like there's a super obvious weakness to be exploited. I think defense will improve over the year. Teams are just going to have to out-talent us to win. Time will tell where that level is.

If this team starts playing better D, no reason they can’t make a little bit of a run at the bubble…

They got the roadie at SC…at Mizzou over the Sheriff would be gravy. Take care of business at home in non-con...NO bad losses to mid-majors at Haas. Beat SDSU in San Jose. Go 7-3 at home in conference, 2-8 on the road…9-11 in ACC. Win an ACCT game in Charlotte…may not be enough, and certainly not if they were still in P12, but in the ACC THAT’S bubblicious…and not completely far-fetched.

Doesn’t matter who it is, opposing teams always seem to hit 3’s against Cal.

He’s strong, quick and the Falcons could not stay in front of him. It’s been awhile since Cal has had a comparable player.

Madsen teams don’t really play D…a troubling trend.

I'm still on the phone with ESPN+ support. I think they're using a call center in the Philippines that has to communicate back to US support. Trying to tell them "just turn the feed on and they will see the problem." It's a production issue.

They "escalated it" and ended the call. Production is hard but c'mon.
