I'm not a fan of that comparison. I think Casey Jacobson made that comparison because of his connection to PJ Tucker. Tucker can guard much bigger guys than Bradley but Bradley has the better ball-handling ability. I think Deron Williams and Marcus Smart are the better comparisons but there is no way that Bradley would be picked anywhere close to being 3rd or 6th overall.
Because his NBA future is far from certain (in this way he's more PJ Tucker than Deron Williams/Smart), I think Bradley will be playing in college next year rather than turning pro in Europe. The question is if he will still be a Cal Bear, especially with the one-time transfer without having to sit out a year rule.
Bradley is probably a late 2nd round pick at best due to lateral quickness issues. I fear if we lose him, it’ll be as a grad transfer to a blue blood program

Bradley should go to the NBA if he has a legitimate shot, don't want to risk getting injured in the final season before the $$$ tumbles in.
