Justified or unjustified, his departure set off a bad chain of events. Both Jones and Fox had to build back from the ground up but have not been able to restore the depth of talent required to win at this level.

At the end of the day, Wyking and Fox are bad at their jobs and their bosses were/are bad at their jobs for enabling them with those jobs.
