Insta-Reaction: Cal Men's Basketball Routed by Arizona, 50-71

Matt Bradley scored a game-best 21 points, including a game-high five three-pointers, and Joel Brown earned 10 points, but the Arizona Wildcats (13-4, 7-4 Pac-12) rolled to a comfortable 71-50 victory over the California Golden Bears (7-12, 2-10 Pac-12).

The Wildcats capitalized on the Golden Bears' frequent turnovers, scoring 15 points off the visitors' 16 turnovers in Tucson, Ariz.

California was outgunned and not ready to play Saturday afternoon.

Last in the Pac-12 Conference standings, the Golden Bears never had a lead or tie in the game.
Arizona kept the Golden Bears scoreless in the first four minutes and six seconds of gameplay, as California gave the ball away four times before a media timeout stopped play.

For most of the game, California played behind, frequently trailing by double digits. In the second half, Arizona's lead reached 29 points after Wildcat junior guard James Akinjo drained a shot from downtown.

California shot only 38.3% compared to Arizona, which scored on more than one out of two shot attempts (51.9%).
