I'll also give the good news that Jerome Randle is safely out of Ukraine. He plays in Ukraine and for the Ukrainian national team but was out of the country playing against Spain.
We used to have regular home-n-homes with St. Mary's and USF (maybe even Santa Clara too) every year. Campinelli thought he was better that St. Mary's and killed it, and USF killed itself for awhile after the Quentin Dailey fiasco. Of course we still play all three from time to time, but it was nice to have those regional rivalries built into the schedule year after year and to visit some of the other gyms in the area.
He's also not really actually good. He's point guard who doesn't shoot even 50% from the line, makes only 25% of threes, rarely scores at all despite playing a large volume of minutes and is an average distributor. Guy's is quick as they come, but that hasn't equaled production at least on the offensive end.
