I’m definitely with you on the question mark of using Whitley, but hey, if it keeps Bell’s legs just a bit fresher and he hits a PB in the 200 breast today and gets into scoring position, it might just be okay given that he’d probably score more points on the individual than what he would in helping Cal move up in the relay
