The first 15's Natty since 2017! The drought was broken. Congrats to Coach Clark, his 25th in 15s and 30th if you count sevens. No matter how you look at it that is just YUGE. Coach of the century kind of stats. And congrats to the team. hard work, physical play and gutty performances to come back after the loss to Navy early in the season. This was a big one. CAL is always a top team , but it's nice to be THE top team again. Go Bears!!

For me its fun because I played in the very first Natty game for CAL in 1980 and remember the game like it was yesterday.

Congrats to the team. Great to break thru the road block (life u.) that stopped the team previously in the nat'ls.

Congrats to the team and Rugbear! Great to see Cal back on top where they belong!!! No more (virtually) automatic championships like in the good old days. Clark does a great job of mining international talent and pairing it with American players. They won in classic Cal Rugby fashion- by going hard the full 80 minutes while their opponents ran out of gas at the end.

Fun to see that Dom Paga scored the first try. His dad Sean is a Kiwi who was a great football and rugby player for Cal, and then for the US national team.

Once upon a time, Ieremia Ieremia, the number 8, was a Cal football player.

Wow! If you haven't seen a Cal Rugby game, you've missed something special. They're exciting, very fast moving, and great teamwork games. Go BEARS.
