Is J.T. Bryne not in Spring camp (he's listed on calbears.com)? Will Endries improve? Do you think we'll see 20, 21, 22 personnel with the ample number of backs to call on?
he's in spring camp, shuffling with Ben Marshall and Jeffrey Johnson behind Jack Endries. Endries said he got stronger and still is grounded with his route running, but that will something to note as we head towards actual games.
I would say you'll see more 20/21 stuff, since its still leads the mix between the power run and stretch RPO game
Thanks for the good write up. What I am most hoping to see in the fall is improvement in the pass rush/pressure on the QB. I think we have good DBs, and our past defense will look a lot better if we can get some pressure.
