Any other game I’ll care about how we won. But in The Big Game? Doesn’t matter. As long as we have the axe at the final whistle.

Time to smile after an annus horribilis. Keep the momentum going into next Friday and next season with a new OC.

While I'm on here, I really want to acknowledge how great the wrote ups and analysis are at this site.. I have learned more about football, the game, such that I can actually see things you guys talk about in real time. So thanks everyone.

"Guess we have to do this all again next year in the Farm huh?"

Would love to, but we're going to have to stop by the transfer portal on the way.

How did we manage to hold the farm after they scored so easily on their first two possessions? Defensive adjustments?

Great crowd, we even had section H rocking on big plays. The delayed fly over/national anthem was hilarious. Such a fun crowd. The only drawback was the field rushing "prevented" the Cal band from playing Palms. We were thoroughly disappointed, but the result more than made up for it.

Lemme ask you; was over in DD (NW “corner”) and felt like we were making good noise when Furd had the ball….. could U hear us from the alumni side of the stadium, or are our acoustics just cursed?

Honestly we were too focused on trying to fire up our section to make noise to pay attention to the rest of the crowd. It felt like the stadium was making noise though, we just yell on almost every defensive play.

The stadium was pretty loud but I couldn't say where it was coming from. So I'm sure I heard you all but I was already surrounded by a ton of noise.

We could hear you on the northwest die when the AD wasn't piping in unneeded crap. At least twice they piped in crap that overwhelmed Cal Band while they tried to play, and they destroyed a few Cal yells on 3rd downs by piping in something all of us thought was really dumb. But when we could hear the students and band it was glorious. Notably, after a particularly loud and effective yell, the Cal scoop/score took place. I really felt the team just "turned it on" in the 4th Q. This team is really pretty good when healthy and coached right. Now, let's ruin the bruin!

Comedy = drama + timing

The band tried but the planes were sooooooo late.

Even though it took a few quarters, that game went from bad and boring to good and exciting in the end. Really fun to watch.
