What's your point? So your saying Husky fans would not stream?

Three years ago I never would stream. My wife and kids brought me out of the dark ages. I'm simple, news, weather sports and occasional lazy movie. Now that is half of the programing I look at, streaming!

You can add that to the mismanage debacle!

I don't believe that. Money is money. Profit is profit. The deal was on the table. Now were going to take less to be apart of something that will eventually become irrelevant in the near future and have more debt in the long run. Ridiculous.

The NC State schedule supposedly leaked and has Cal on 10/19 https://x.com/redwhitepodcast/status/1750180433734635520?s=46&t=OcAyXVoOeQKOni158Mkr6g

Apple deal would have been better. Idiots driving the bus! "The Kansas City Chiefs' victory over the Miami Dolphins last Saturday night in the Peacock Exclusive AFC Wild Card Game is the most-streamed event in U.S. history, according to Nielsen custom fast national data, averaging 23 million viewers"

That’s not really apples to apples. Didn’t Notre Dame also exclusively air a couple of their games on Peacock? That would be better metric to judge what CFB streaming viewers might be for games.

Chiefs-Dolphins was also the lowest rated wild card game in more than 30 years. Audience was only large compared to other streaming events.

The big P12 mistake was turning down the original ESPN offer.

But there is a big difference between nationwide NFL viewers vs more regional Pac-12 viewers.

I am taking PTO and going to this game, regardless of time. If y'all want to, you're welcome to meet up with me for beer and maybe some western Carolina-style BBQ afterwards. Time and location TBD.

It will be interesting to see what kind of consideration in scheduling (if any) Cal will get around the prior week/lead up to this cross country Friday game. For example, do they get a bye on November 2nd?

Now if we can get a game time. We could plan on going to a game!

i don't think anyone's starting a Friday night game before 7pm local.

If last year was any indication, the ACC schedules either between zero and two games on Thursday and Friday. Kicks offs are almost always 7 and 7:30 pm on those days. The exception to that was Miami @ BC noon start on Friday, which probably was given that slot because Thanksgiving was the day before. So, yeah, it's a very safe bet that kick-off will be 7 or 7:30 pm Eastern.
