Seems like a really good person; listening to him converse, he seems to have the wisdom to be humble. I think he’s well equipped to be a mentor and bond authentically with his players. Also, I like the way he talked about the different aspects of guys learning the RB position. Welcome, coach!

I’d rather find replacements at the P4 level for these positions. We must be looking to save money.

Is hiring a position coach from a P4 team somehow remotely comparable to being ranked 1?? lol.
We not poaching from the B1G or the SEC based on available budgets, and the Big 12 isn't likely an upgrade.

Thompson actually did leave? Oh man, that sucks. I have no idea how good Griffin is as a coach, but he has been given NFL talent.
