Also, assuming the DEI program is somehow costing the university the amount needed to buyout Wilcox, how is firing what would presumably be dozens of people who had absolutely nothing to do with Willcox's failure specifically to help pay a multi-million dollar buyout to said unsuccessful head coach fit within your ethical and moral framework? Or am I asking the wrong question and this is about your political views guiding you to the institutional version of killing two birds with one proverbial stone?
