Some of the existing staff have already moved on to other jobs, so yeah, it's a bit puzzling. So far, it's just Luck and Pritchard dealing with all the portal transfers, assuming Stanford has loosened up on admitting non-grad transfers.
The rule changed in 2024 so that you can have an unlimited number of on-field coaches, but for off-campus recruiting purposes, teams are limited to the head coach plus 10 assistant coaches.
Interesting hire
I split my title 4 times and got over a 100% raise but had the same responsibilities I had 8 months earlier. Keeping it real!!
Did not realize Stanfurd has not hired any assistants yet. Does that mean they are just keeping existing staff?

This is actually a genuine question: is there a some sort of rule on how many coaches that a team can have? Or is it just dependent on budget?
No limit to total number of coaches. But only 11 (including head coach) can recruit off-campus. The "analysts" are the non-recruiters.
We should get Wilcox as Analyst.
LOL, beat you this time.
Damn you! Crappy Grapevine reception got the best of me lol.

Great article, thank you.
Am I correct that there is now two run game coordinators? Does that mean they split duties or it's just an honorary title?
Split of duties is likely but also, it's likely more to justify higher pay.
Will be interesting what the final title is. I'd guess some split of duties.
