2K's block where the ball bounced and then went very high and straight up ... and straight down to the Walker who then scored was the definition of a "lucky bounce"
Athleticism or depth gap is often key in foul issues. Also sudden collapses. You can't really keep up, and are just out of position, and you have to give up on the play or likely foul. And running at the limit really tires out a team, especially one with limited depth. Once the tank runs empty, all the more problems with not being able to keep up, and therefore, more fouls or giveups to avoid fouling. Bad choice to have to make.
Thanks Nick. Wilt is the right word...the speed with which the fellas collapsed was disappointing, as was letting a middle of the pack P12 team simply dominate them on the home court. They definitely missed AK22, as Lars is no match for EITHER Battey or Walker.
Letting true FR Simpson triple his scoring average was a puzzler...it must be nice having a HC that doesn't keep true freshmen on the bench just because they are true freshmen.

... and the craziest play I've seen this season

Pretty disappointing L. Like I remarked in the game thread - the win over Oregon was neither a big deal nor a signature win for Mark Fox.
Certainly less so after Oregon got waxed by 24 by another 4-win conference team last night in ASU.
Watching a 36-10 run play out is a bit like those final moments before your Tetris game ends.
I just heard the music getting faster.
