I didn't ask, to be honest, given that they seem to have had mild cases. My other cousin had it last year, along with his daughter - it was never clear if it came from his part time health care work, his general tomfoolery, or his idiot ex passing it along via their daughter.
I took a quick trip to the supermarket to get a couple of things, and I was struck that despite the indoor mask mandate being dropped for the county, the majority of customers were still wearing masks. I find that I'm in "live & let live" on this - I'd not skip the mask, but I'm not going to get riled at people who don't want to wear it now that they don't have to. Life's too short.
At the gym, even though masks are no longer required, there are still people that wear them. I do almost all the time still. The only time I didn't was when I was running for about 15 min and there was no one near me, like within 15+ feet. Maybe that's just wishful thinking though.
