Marshawn Terrell Lynch (born April 22, 1986) played in the NFL for 12 seasons. Nicknamed "Beast Mode" for his powerful running style, he spent the majority of his career with the Seattle Seahawks. Lynch played college football at the University of California where he earned first-team All-American honors and became the school's second all-time career rusher. He was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft and played three full seasons before joining Seattle. Playing for the Seahawks from 2010 to 2015, Lynch was voted to four consecutive Pro Bowls, made one first-team All-Pro selection, and twice led the league in rushing touchdowns. He also helped the team win their first Super Bowl title in Super Bowl XLVIII. Hard to say, he proved this year he can play at an all star level. He becomes an unrestricted free agent after next season, so it’s possible they just hold on to him until them. But there is always a market for starter level talent and who knows how GS would handle a trade with his remaining contract (can’t they agree to pay a portion?). And IF they win the title this year, why not just pay the luxury tax and run it back next season with a hopefully healthy roster and vastly improved young talent/future core.

There are worse places to be stuck.
My mother in law and her husband are going to visit Italy in the neat future - her husband is getting treatment for early Alzheimers which - weirdly - has improved his reading retention, so he's not buying what my mother in law is selling about there being no risk in traveling to stay at some organic farm and b&b. Perhaps the only time my wife has agreed with him about anything.
She seems to be convinced that if they stay outside of any place filled with people they don't know (it's pretty rural), they'll be fine. I think she wants that to be true, it might even be true, I just don't know.

I have seen runners being called out if they twitch going to 2nd. The ump didn't make the safe call, which the runner and the coach didn't see.
Looking at the coach again he was pointing at first but didn't seem to be urging the runner to really get back. So he probably didn't notice it.
