My 3 opinions on this:
1. This is potentially good news for animal welfare.
2. This is good news for the environment.
3. This will be a culture war issue in the next 6-8 months.

I can’t imagine it taste bad since most of the time you’re simply tasting the seasoning. Texture would be the biggest issue, IMO.
