US home sales are at a 30 year low

A predictable result of predominantly overbuilding beyond what a large portion of the population can afford for 40 years, and decades of costs (of most things) escalating at ridiculous rates more of the time than not.

Seems like we have lingering effects from COVID, interest rate hikes, and pesky inflation. Add in governmental lunacy on tariffs and an economy that is likely to falter due to multiple pressures; of course, you're going to see declining sales of existing homes.

Vikings get an American-born white, male cheerleader. Kevin Sorbo and other snowflakes don't like it.

Reminder: Reagan, GW Bush, and Eisenhower were male cheerleaders.

I vaguely recall that male cheerleaders were called yell leaders?

I wonder how they view the Texas A&M Yell Leaders.

I sense fragile male egos and machismo.

Ah, the "cheerleader" morphing from predominantly men to women over the earlier decades of collegiate sports, notably football. In the early sixties, as a kid, my dad would drive me over the Yolo Causeway for mostly night games at Davis because my older sister was one of the "song girls". At the time I thought it was kind of pointless...."well, you just kind of jump around and shake those, what you call em?, oh pom-poms."

The guy who threw a sandwich at Federal officers in DC was tracked down and arrested at his house. The White House released a video of it that was beyond ridiculous. SO TOUGH. SO MANLY. Still no Epstein Files.

There is a law against tossing a sandwich to a law enforcement officer? I hadn't observed that that has been a problem.

Remember how Trump wants to sic his Thought Police on the Smithsonian. Well, Rep. Eric Burlison (R-MO 7) says the Smithsonian is hiding bones of giants (biblical giants, not NY or SF Giants). Still no Epstein Files. He is a member of the House Oversight Committee.

Apropos: Trump wants to take over New York. If only... if only he had some sort of excuse... some sort of false flag... to distract from the Epstein files.

During the summer the Kennedy Center has outdoor Friday night movies projected on the side of one of its buildings. Tonight’s feature - Moneyball. Here’s your chance to relive the glory of the Oakland Athletics and see clips of a rocking Coliseum.

If this isn’t your thing, later in the month in the Concert Hall there’s a screening of a film produced by the Christian Broadcasting Network with worship beforehand.
