depends on west coast sports.

if there is a Cal game or Warriors game starting at 1030p, then the target is 130a. otherwise between 1030p-1130p.

I finally started watching Pantheon on Netflix. It originally aired between 2022-23 on AMC+. Wow, what a great show. It is two season long, 8 episodes each season and the episodes are between 45-50 minutes in length. I highly recommend it

this looks good

just a warning .. going to try to catch up on Emily in Paris thru season 4 since it is set in Rome (2nd half). both our children are studying abroad there this semester so that seems like a fun thing to do.

also, we have a 4 wk trip to Rome booked starting the week of Thxgiving. 2-ish wks of working remotely and 2-ish wks of vacation w/ the kids.

Professional Baking by Wayne Gisslen (8th edition). A very good text. My key takeaway is that baking is dead simple. Doing it well is devilishly difficult and cannot be taught except by doing it for real.

Wife and I started Department Q, we are on episode 6 and we are enjoying it so far. Seems like we have 3 mysteries that we are trying to solve. 1 of which should be solved by the end of the season and the other two will probably be left unresolved to set up a 2nd season.
