Trump revealed nuclear submarine secrets to an Australian businessman in April 2021, who in turn told a bunch of other people.

oh my god. Trump is the kind of guy that would tell everyone where to look just to show how great they are. They were under your nose and you didn't even know it.

-----------

Last year, while needling the Biden administration for what he said was a weak response to Russia's war on Ukraine, Trump said that if he were still president, he would make sure Russia understood that the United States is "a greater nuclear power" with "the greatest submarines in the world."

"[They are] the most powerful machines ever built, and nobody knows where they are," Trump said on the Fox Business network.

Trump drops his lawsuit against Michael Cohen. Who knows why he dropped it, but perhaps its because a) he's a little cash poor, b) he realizes he will be deposed, which puts him in legal jeopardy in this and other cases, c) he never "surrenders"

On this day in 1945 in Memorial Stadium the Golden Bears defeated Washington 27-14. The game had been tied at 14 through three quarters before the Bears pulled away with a pair of 4th quarter TDS and a stout defense. It was the first of four wins in Buck Shaw’s only year as Cal head coach. The favored Huskies had entered the game undefeated. One of Cal’s heroes on the day was fullback Billy Agnew a former navigator who had been shot down over Vienna a year earlier and imprisoned by the Nazis. (Also on this day General Dwight Eisenhower told a Dutch newspaper that he believed Adolph Hitler might still be alive.)

[FB] Patience, Passion, Production

Football may be synonymous with physicality, but the ability to hone one's physical attributes is not the only important trait necessary to find success on the field. A player's mental makeup – from his willingness to prepare to his general passion for the game – is arguably just as important.

For California linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr, a strong balance between these two approaches are to thank for what is turning into a breakout redshirt sophomore season.

CARY, N.C. – California women's tennis junior Jessica Alsola won in the singles main draw on Thursday at the ITA All-American Championships to move within one victory of qualifying for the ITA National Fall Championships.

Alsola, ranked 47th, posted an impressive 6-2, 6-2 win over Stanford's 14th-ranked Angelica Blake in the round of 16 at Cary Tennis Park. Since the four singles semifinalists from the ITA All-American qualify for the fall championships, a win in the quarterfinal round would give Alsola a ticket to San Diego, which is hosting the national tournament from Nov. 1-5 at the Barnes Tennis Center.

Going to be tough for you in the ACC when Cal's primary role (with Stanford) will be to fill the 7-7:30 west coast tv time slot, and to help fill Thursday and Friday night slots. But at least you will have games, and a tv contract. It is not at all certain that NW state schools will have either. It is also not at all certain that certain NW state school upper managements, by their lack of urgency, much less action (non-PR-grandstanding version) grasps that that will be a problem.
