The play of the game was by the Bills. Faced with 4th and 27 from his own 30, Josh Allen flipped a pass to Palmer at the Buffalo 41 just to the right of the hashmarks, who lateraled to Shakir cutting across from the left. Shakir ran it down to Houston's 26 where he was pushed out of bounds. 44-yard pass play that kept the drive alive. Unfortunately for Buffalo, Josh Allen would later throw an interception that sealed the win for the Texans.
Yeah, but "Josh Allen threw an interception" undersells what was really happening, which is that he had no blocking and the Texans' defense was immediately in his lap all night.
Absolutely true. Allen was sacked 8 times in the game. And he was sacked on the *two previous plays* before the 44-yard gain. Which only makes that 44-yard play the more impressive and significant. The game still went down to the final minute, even though Houston's defense was obviously the most dominant unit on the field.

Looks like there isn't one today either. Guessing SGB is on break and we'll have to wait until next week. Lets us all reset and then have lots to talk about next Monday.
