Military Bowl ECU vs. BC @ Annapolis (Military Bowl). The Military Bowl is funny because it’s supposed to be Navy vs. #9 team in ACC. Navy is not bowl eligible, so they got ECU. BC finished 2-6 in conference (tied second to last w/ Georgia Tech, only ahead of winless-in-conference Duke). They are eligible because they played UMass, Colgate, Temple.
