I am not really on a road trip but Route 66 goes right past my hotel in Albuquerque.
Had several great roadside diner meals.
This morning having chilaquilles at a place called Duran's pharmacy. It reminds me of Cracker Barrel where you go thru the main store to get to the diner.
I lived in KC for 14 years. Great town!

Also everything comes with really amazing green or red chile. It is a touch too spicy for me but I am pushing thru since it is SOOOO good
