March Madness people talk to me I want this to be the biggest thread in the DBD as March Madness is my favorite postseason in sports
My hot takes: Winthrop over Villanova, Georgetown over Colorado, Oregon State over Tennessee (less confident on this one), UNC over Baylor in one of my brackets, 2 other ones to be wary of are Colgate over Arkansas and Texas Tech going to the Elite 8 v Illinois if they can find just enough offense!

So are we in a nation wide housing bubble? Home prices are soaring across the nation in rural, suburban and urban areas.
I suppose once interest rates start to go up, housing will begin to at least plateau, if not decline.
Also as more people get vaccinated we should see the inventory go up.
For the moment, I’m going to sit this out for the next 3-6 months.
