As an Arizona alum that just stumbled upon this, I’ll miss being conference-mates with you all deeply. It was a sense of pride for a lot of us to share a conference with a school of your academic caliber. I’ll also remember never having a damn clue what to expect in football, because the games truly were a toss-up, regardless of who was favored.

Someday, when the dust is all settled, I hope we find ourselves in some reincarnation of the PAC together, even if it’s just a division of some larger 60 team mega conference.

Best Arizona football memory was the multi-OT in '96. That was so much fun! I couldn't afford basketball season tickets so didn't get to see us be the last team to defeat the eventual champs.

However, I still was there for some great basketball memories. It's tough to top that Cobbs game and I swear that I found Jared Goff on the court during the celebration. Honorable mention to the time I found and congratulated Ivan Rabb after we won that year.

That was a fun one. I brought a couple UA grad friends of mine. We watched the student section sort of migrate up and down the east side of the stadium following the action. Only time I can ever recall that happening.

It was chaos being part of that mob. Still remember seeing "7th Quarter is Ours" on the scoreboard. Once we won, we stormed the field. Actually got to high-five Mooch when he came through the crowd and was about 5 feet from the group of students who finally lifted him into the air.

The ridiculous voodoo magic their football team had over us in Tucson was truly unbelievable. All of the weirdest things happened to Cal when we had to play down there.

Best football memory was when we beat them in a tight one in Tuscon in 1990. I recall a halfback pass to my namesake Pawloski near the end of the game, with Chancellor Tien visible and jumping up and down in excitement in the back of the end zone. We eventually made it into the Copper Bowl, also in Tuscon if I recall correctly.

I was in Anaheim for Arizona’s 2003 Elite Eight matchup with Kansas thanks to some free tickets. It’s the only NCAA Tourney game I’ve ever attended.

That OT game at McHale in ‘94 was maybe the most entertaining of the lot. Thanks for sharing these videos here!

In football, there was the Nick Foles double pass incident too. We won that game, but chalk it up to another weird thing happening in Cal-Arizona football games.

Two stand out for me. The win at Roaracle and the Cobbs win.

Cobbs' game winner is hard to beat. Can't what game I attended, but still have Cal Basketball, #berkelelyrespresent t-shirt from that year. Now that I think of if, this stands out as a rare example of athletics and academics cross branding.
