It's even better when Twist puts on his best lawyer pants and pretends to take them seriously and answers their questions at face value with what I can only describe as the charisma of kindergarten teacher answering a student in the middle of a tantrum
It's pretty clear why the ACC survived when the Pac didn't. Serving FSU general council on their way to file shows how the ACC stands on business. If the ACC wins, I can imagine them giving FSU all sticks and no carrots until the GOR is complete.
