Agreed! The businesses and restaurants on Shattuck and Telegraph Avenues make sense, but I was surprised to see churches, nonprofits (including some that may be politically motivated), and private schools among loan recipients.
Interesting to see Chez Panisse getting some $$$
Does Gordos really employ 260 people?
They have five Bay Area locations, so it may be possible. I'm surprised Saul's Restaurant listed 67 jobs.
