Not even close! I remember when I was teaching in the Marin Headlands back in that year, 1995, and it rained for about a week straight, and we all went crazy. Let me tell you, it has rained here every day or been deeply dark and gray every day since November! And this is normal. We have great summers, but let me tell you, November to February here is not for the faint hearted or those accustomed to sun like he is.
